Bio

I am a wife, mother, and nonprofit leader with a deep passion for advocacy, healing, and honest conversation. My journey has been shaped by leadership, service, and lived experience—both the beautiful and the broken.

Professionally, I lead a nonprofit, where I oversee staff, fundraising, and community outreach. I hold a bachelor’s degree and a graduate-level certification in Christian counseling, and I bring over a decade of experience in leadership, finance, and nonprofit work. Personally, I am a woman who understands what it means to walk through seasons of grief, trauma, resilience, and hope.

This blog was created from a place of lived reality—particularly for wives navigating life alongside husbands impacted by military PTSD. Too many women suffer quietly, carrying loneliness, unanswered questions, and emotional weight with little support. My heart is to create a safe, compassionate space where those stories can be shared honestly, without judgment.

Through writing, I seek to offer encouragement, connection, and moments of quiet truth—reminding others that they are seen, valued, and not alone. Whether reflecting on everyday moments, marriage, healing, or perseverance, my words are rooted in empathy and the belief that even in the hardest seasons, hope can still be found.
